The general terms and conditions governing access to and use of the services provided by the urbaindesigns workshop.
These conditions regulate the relationship between urbaindesigns (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and any natural or legal person who accesses the website, orders products, or benefits from the workshop's services. The Provider manufactures and sells furniture in industrial and urban-chic style, made from electrostatically powder-coated metal in a magnetic field and reclaimed solid oak wood. Services include interior design consultancy, custom design, production, and delivery.
The user has the right to access information published on the website, request personalized offers, and place orders within the limits of available stock. The user is obliged to provide accurate and complete data during registration or ordering, not to use the website for illegal purposes, and not to infringe upon the Provider's intellectual property rights. Any attempt to disrupt the functioning of the website or access other users' data will result in civil or criminal liability.
The Provider undertakes to deliver products according to the agreed specifications, within the timeframe established by the order confirmation. The Provider reserves the right to modify prices, technical specifications, or delivery terms, with prior notice to the user. If a product is no longer available, the Provider will notify the user and propose an equivalent alternative or a refund of the amount paid.
The Provider is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, or any other harm resulting from the use or inability to use the products, to the extent permitted by law. The Provider's total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for that product. The Provider does not guarantee that the website operates without errors or interruptions but makes reasonable efforts to ensure its availability.
The Provider may suspend or terminate the user's access to the website and services in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these conditions, including providing false information, non-payment of invoices, or abusive use of the platform. Termination does not affect rights and obligations accrued prior to it. The user may request the deletion of their account and personal data in accordance with the privacy policy.
