The paint layer applied in a magnetic field adheres uniformly and does not peel off, even after years of heavy use. It resists moisture, scratches, and temperature variations without rusting.

Each piece leaves our workshop with a guarantee of long-term durability. The choice of materials and finishes is not accidental – it is the result of over 15 years of experience in industrial furniture production.

Resistance to daily wear

Electrostatically powder-coated metal in a magnetic field does not chip, does not oxidize, and resists scratches much better than classic paint. Reclaimed oak wood, naturally dried and treated with hard oil, supports heavy loads without yielding. We tested a dining table under 120 kg for 72 hours – the deformation was under 0.3 mm.

Metal joints are welded and hand-sanded, not just assembled with screws. Solid oak wood is joined using a dovetail system for drawers and hidden tenons for tabletops. There are no wobbles or squeaks after years of use, as is common with particleboard or MDF furniture.

Oak tabletops are treated with natural oil that can be refreshed locally without needing full sanding. Metal is cleaned with a damp cloth – no special products needed. We have delivered over 200 pieces in the last three years, and the return rate for material defects is under 0.5%.
